RETURNS

Returns and exchanges are offered within 30 days of your original purchase date. After that time, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Due to COVID-19, we cannot accept any returns of edible products. However, if there is an issue with an edible product, please contact us so we can find a solution.

To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds:
Contact info@gpigbox.com for instructions on how to process returns/refunds. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have processed your return and refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Refunds usually show up on your statement within 1-2 billing cycles, depending on your bank.

Exchanges:
We offer exchanges for items only if they are defective, damaged, or unused. If you need to process an exchange send us an email at info@gpigbox.com to receive further instructions for a replacement.

Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item if it becomes lost in the mail and we cannot track it.
